Four tools that work together so you never miss a beat — from the first pitch to the final payment.
Contracts, invoices, time, and clients all live in one workspace. Nothing falls through the cracks between tools.
Branded invoices auto-pulled from tracked time. Late-payment reminders go out without you lifting a finger.
Drop in a PDF or CSV, get reconciled lines back. Match deposits to outstanding invoices automatically.
Pricing decisions, tax estimates, and cash-flow signals surfaced from the same data — no separate spreadsheet.
A real project with a real history
Docz.me started in 2016 as a small tool our founder built for their own freelance work. In 2018 we shared it informally with friends. Then life got busy and it sat in sleep mode for years — used here and there but never turned into a real product. At the end of 2025, with breathing room and a new generation of AI coding tools, we brought it back. 10 years in, we're finally ready to share it properly.
First line of code
Built as a tool for our own freelance work, right as remote work and the gig economy were taking off.
Shared with friends
After two years of private use, we started handing the mini-app to other freelancers who asked.
Back from sleep mode
A long dormant stretch ended when AI coding tools made solo product work feasible again.
Publicly launching
Ten years after the first commit, bootstrapped and independent — finally ready to share properly.
Less admin, more craft. Docz.me handles the boring parts so you can get back to building, writing, designing, or coding.

What we hear from freelancers
“The most common thing people tell us: invoicing used to be a chore they put off, and now it's a 3-minute task at the end of the week. That change alone is worth it.”
Less dread, more focus
A theme we hear from freelance designers and writers
When real customers give us permission to quote them publicly, we'll replace this section with named cards. Until then, we won't put words in anyone's mouth.
Send contracts, track hours, invoice clients, and reconcile bank statements — all in one workspace built for freelance work.
